It will probably be the last time.Nobody said it.
But everybody thought it.
The King’s mother was visited today by all three of her siblings. Her brother came all the way from California. We only shared a few sentences and the words were not spoken, but he clearly communicated he was here for a reason — the last time.
She thoroughly seemed to enjoy the day, even though she probably won’t remember it tomorrow. There were lots of smiles all around, but "the last time together" was harder on the rest of them.
